Ohio Supreme Court August 21, 2006, 2006-1375 (Trumbull Cty. Bar Ass'n v. Gray)

On July 20, 2006, and pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(5a)(A)(l)(b), relator, Trumbull County Bar Association, filed with this court a motion for interim remedial suspension pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(5a), alleging that respondent, James E. Gray, has committed numerous violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility and he poses a substantial threat of serious harm to his clients and the public.
