MEMORANDUM **
Joseph Giannini (“Giannini”) appeals the district court’s order dismissing his appeal from the bankruptcy court’s judgment in favor of the State Bar of California (“State Bar”). Because the district court abused its discretion in dismissing Giannini’s appeal, we reverse.
