In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar charged the accused with violating the Oregon Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rules (DR) 7-110(B) (prohibiting ex parte communication with court on merits of pending case) and DR 1-102(A)(3) (prohibiting dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and misrepresentation).
