We granted a writ of certiorari to review the Court of Appeals’ decision in

Gadson v. ECO Services of South Carolina,

Op. No.2005-UP-130 (S.C. Ct.App. filed February 18, 2005). Joseph Jenkins (Petitioner) contends the Court of Appeals erred in affirming the trial court’s denial of his motions for directed verdict and judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV). We reverse.
