JACKSON, Judge.

Ronald Eugene Parker (“defendant”) appeals from judgment entered upon his conviction for involuntary manslaughter. For the reasons stated below, we hold no error.

On 6 January 2006, Carlos Claros Castro (“Castro”) was arrested for the offenses of hit and run and driving while impaired. Castro was transported to the Davidson County Jail.
