SureTec Insurance Company (“Sure-Tec”) appeals the trial court’s order denying SureTec’s cross-motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Myrex Industries (“Myrex”) in a suit to recover on a payment bond.

We review a summary judgment de novo.
