INTRODUCTION

The contested matter before me requires that I interpret and apply 11 U.S.C. § 362(c)(4), a provision added to the automatic stay provision of the Bankruptcy Code in 2005 by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPCPA”).
