Brandon Clawson, the instant debtor (hereafter “the Debtor”), moves both to reopen his bankruptcy case and to then avoid a judicial lien of Cassady Pierce Company (hereafter “Cassady”), which lien the Debtor neglected to avoid before his case was initially closed.
