Janet Stickney (the “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code

on March 30, 2007. Contemporaneously with the filing of her petition, the Debtor filed an application for waiver of the chapter 7 filing fee (Doc. No. 3) (the “Application”).
