OPINION AND ORDER
The Board of Governors of the Kentucky Bar Association has recommended to this Court that George T. Rorrer III, whose bar roster address is 500 W. Jefferson Street, Suite 2000; Louisville, Kentucky 40202, be permanently disbarred from the practice of law. We granted review in order to determine whether disbarment is the appropriate penalty for Rorrer’s misconduct.
