MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

In this adversary proceeding, the plaintiff Stacia L. Yoon, Trustee of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate of Brenda Diane Krick (“Trustee”), seeks a determination pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(h) that she may sell the debtor’s interest in real property in order to obtain proceeds of that sale for the benefit of the Chapter 7 estate.
