On August 14, 2004, a City of Evanston ambulance driven by defendant Jeffrey Gonzales, a City of Evanston firefighter/EMT, collided with a vehicle driven by plaintiff Randall Williams. Plaintiff Marcus Brown was a passenger in Williams’ vehicle.
