DECISION AND ORDER

Plaintiff 105 Street Associates (“105 Associates”) brought this action against defendant Greenwich Insurance Company (“Greenwich”), seeking a declaratory judgment determining that Greenwich is obligated to defend and indemnify 105 Associates with respect to a personal injury action (the “Conrad Action”) that was filed against it in New York state court.
