This is a tort action brought by the parents of Dominic F. Baragona (“Baragona”) seeking damages arising from the death of their son, United States Army Lieutenant Colonel Dominic F. Baragona (“Lt. Col. Baragona”), who was killed in an automobile accident in Iraq.
