This matter is before the Court on petitioner’s motion for a temporary injunction under Section 10(j) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(j) (“Section 10(j)”). Petitioner seeks an injunction barring respondent from violating employees’ rights under the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. (“the NLRA”).
