This cause is before the court on the motion of defendant Permasteel, Inc. to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on, in the alternative, to dismiss for failure to state a claim pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6).
