1.Introduction

Premier International Associates, LLC (“Premier”) asserts various claims of two United States patents in this ease against Apple Computer, Inc. (“Apple”). The patents-in-suit include U.S. Patent No. 6,234,-725 (“the '725 patent”) and U.S. Patent No. 6,763,345 (“the '345 patent”).
