GELPI, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Iraida Lima-Rivera and her mother- Iraida Rivera filed this action, alleging that Defendants’ medical treatment of Lima-Rivera and her baby violated the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act and constituted medical malpractice under Puerto Rico law.
