Plaintiffs filed suit against the defendants, Livingston Parish Communications District (“LPCD”), Ronald W. Cotton and Fred Banks,

alleging claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), for violations of their constitutional rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, for age discrimination,

and for violations of Louisiana state law.
