Final judgment has been entered in this civil case for patent infringement. It is before the court now on defendants’ motion for a finding that the case is exceptional within the meaning of 35 U.S.C. § 285, warranting an award of attorney fees and costs to defendants, and for amendment of the final judgment to include the award.
