Plaintiff Enrique Alvarez (“Alvarez”) brings this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action against the Town of Suffield (“the Town”), William Hansen (“Hansen”), Philip Chester (“Chester”), Patrick McMahon (“McMahon”), and James Taylor (“Taylor”). Alvarez alleges that the defendants violated his constitutional right to equal protection.
