Before the court is the motion by the defendants Samer M. El Bizri (“Bizri”), Codehost, Incorporated f/d/b/a Answer-Buddy.com (“Codehost”), and Bizri Capital Partners, Incorporated (“BCP”) (collectively, “the defendants”) to dismiss the plaintiffs’ first amended complaint pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2) and (6).
