ORTEGA, J.

Defendant was convicted of second-degree sexual abuse, ORS 163.425, and now appeals his conviction. We write to address only his argument that the trial court erred by denying his motions for a judgment of acquittal, which were based on a contention that there was insufficient evidence that the victim did not consent to a sexual act; we reject his other assignments of error
