Plaintiff initiated this action against defendant, his former employer, alleging that he was wrongfully discharged for complaining about and refusing to participate in a new and used car sales event conducted on defendant’s property. Plaintiffs claim was tried to a jury, and the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff.
