OPINION {¶ 1} Defendants Chris Fowler and Sheila Crawmer appeal a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Licking County, Ohio, entered on a jury verdict. The jury found in favor of appellants on their counterclaim in the amount of $5,846.47, and in favor of the plaintiffs-appellees, Robert and Susan Bingman, on their complaint in the amount of $4,000.00.
