JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION *Page 3 {¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas that granted defendant-appellee, Isabel Bermundez' motion to suppress. Finding no error in the proceedings below, we affirm. {¶ 2} Bermundez was charged with one count of possession of drugs in violation of R.C. 2925.11.
