DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY HARSHA, J. {¶ 1} After James L. Henthorn pled guilty to one count of attempted rape, the trial court sentenced him to five years imprisonment — three years more than the minimum sentence for the offense. Henthorn appeals on the ground that he should have been sentenced to the minimum two year sentence for his crime.
