DECISION AND JOURNAL ENTRY {¶ 1} Appellant, Juanita Thornton, appeals from her convictions and sentence in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. This Court affirms. I. {¶ 2} On August 1, 2005, Sarah Smart ("Smart"), the victim in the instant case, was assaulted in her home. Prior to the assault, Smart had been at the home of Bryon Hood ("Hood"), whom she alleged attempted to rape her.
