OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Quan Le, d.b.a. Le Law Office, appeals from the decision of the Belmont County Court, Western Division, which entered judgment for $582.73 with interest at 6% per annum in favor of plaintiff-appellee, M. Theaker Son Exc, Inc. on its small claims complaint. {¶ 2} Appellant hired Roger Lagowski (Lagowski) to do some landscaping at his home.
