OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant, C.B., appeals his adjudication of delinquency in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, for the offense of robbery. We affirm the trial court's judgment. {¶ 2} On March 31, 2006, appellant was charged with one count of robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.02, a third-degree felony if committed by an adult.
