OPINION {¶ 1} Appellants, Trumbull County Engineer, et al., appeal from the judgment entry of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas granting appellees' petition for a writ of mandamus through which the court ordered appellants to pay damages as a result of the court's determination that appellants' appropriation of appellees' private property constituted an unconstitutional taking. We affirm.
