OPINION *Page 2 {¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Clinton Owens, Jr. ("Owens") appeals the May 29, 2007 Judgment Entry of Conviction and Sentencing of the Court of Common Pleas, Allen County, Ohio sentencing Owens to three years in prison for each of two counts of Aggravated Robbery, in violation of R.C. 2911.01(A)(1), felonies of the first degree.
