DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY {¶ 1} Appellant, Dennis D. Sherman, appeals the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment in favor of appellee, Glass City Singles, Inc. ("GCS").
