OPINION {¶ 1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Defendant-Appellant, Carlton West, appeals the decision of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas that sentenced him to the maximum possible sentence after the case was remanded to the trial court for resentencing pursuant to State v.Foster, 109 Ohio St.3d 1, 2006-Ohio-0856.
