JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Ronald Douglas ("defendant"), appeals his conviction entered by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and claims that the trial court erred in denying his motion to withdraw his no contest pleas. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
