OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant-appellant Dennis Scouler appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming the decision of the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission ("commission") that upheld the denial of appellant's application for unemployment compensation benefits. *Page 2 {¶ 2} Appellant began employment with Big Lots Stores, Inc. on February 14, 1993.
