OPINION *Page 2 {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Markane B. Raleigh appeals his convictions and sentences in the Licking County Municipal Court on one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4511.19 (A) (1) and one count of failure to dim headlights in violation of Ohio Revised Code Section 4513.15(A). The appellee is the State of Ohio.
