OPINION *Page 2 {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Frank J. Castle appeals the Logan County Court of Common Pleas' decision to find him guilty of aggravated assault and sentence him to a 15-month prison term. For the reasons that follow, we affirm Castle's conviction and sentence. {¶ 2} On August 13, 2005, Matthew Jarvis checked I.D.'s at the front door of a local bar.
