OPINION *Page 2 {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Wayne Christian appeals from his conviction and sentence entered in the Jefferson County Common Pleas Court for nine counts of felonious assault, a violation of R.C. 2903.11(B)(3). Four issues are raised in this appeal. The first issue is whether the conviction is against the manifest weight of the evidence.
