OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Vanny Loch, appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, wherein the court dismissed appellant's petition for post-conviction relief and denied his motion for return of property. {¶ 2} Appellant owned VIP Pawn Shop ("VIP") in Columbus, Ohio beginning in 1995.
