Scharver appeals the judgment entry of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas which affirmed the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission's denial of unemployment benefits to appellant, finding the denial was not unlawful, unreasonable, or against the manifest weight of the evidence.
