OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Ronald E. Stacy, appeals his conviction for felony murder in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. We affirm the judgment of the trial court. {¶ 2} At approximately 3:17 p.m. on April 27, 2005, Warren County Emergency Services received a 9-1-1 call from appellant, stating that a nine-month-old infant, Caden Shea, was not breathing.
