OPINION {¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Jonathan A. Call ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary *Page 2 judgment to defendants-appellees, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction ("ODRC") and related parties. For the following reasons, we affirm.
