DECISION AND JUDGEMENT ENTRY {¶ 1} James Tabler appeals the trial court's judgment adjudicating him a delinquent child for trafficking in crack cocaine, in violation of R.C. 2925.03, a first degree felony if committed by an adult. He argues: (1) the trial court erred by failing to appoint a guardian ad litem; (2) the trial court failed to comply with Juv.R.
