JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant, Marshalls of MA, Inc. ("Marshalls"), appeals the trial court's decision, which granted judgment in favor of appellee, Jacqueline Abbott. In addition, Abbott asserts a cross-appeal asserting three assignments of error. After a thorough review of the arguments and for the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
