OPINION {¶ 1} Appellant, Anthony L. McKinney ("appellant"), filed this appeal seeking reversal of a decision by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas convicting him of murder, felonious assault, and having a weapon while under a disability. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
