OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jonathan G. Wood, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Juvenile Branch, finding him guilty of street racing. Because that judgment is against the manifest weight of the evidence, we reverse and remand the matter for a new trial.
