OPINION {¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael G. Molinari, appeals his conviction and sentence in the Mason Municipal Court for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. {¶ 2} On January 5, 2006, appellant was found walking on State Route 42 by two of his employees, Nicholas Rakel and Tom Mellen.
