¶1 — On March 1,1970, all fire fighters and law enforcement officers became members of the “Law Enforcement Officers’ and Fire Fighters’ System Pension Plan,” (LEOFF) chapter 41.26 RCW, to the exclusion of any pension system under a prior act.
