Bruce Brian Daniels (“the husband”) and Jennifer Hubbard Daniels (“the wife”) were married in early 2001. One child, a daughter, was born of the parties’ marriage; at the time of the final hearing in this matter, the child was five years old. On January 4, 2006, the wife filed a complaint seeking a divorce from the husband and sole custody of the parties’ child.
